Oil obtained exclusively through the first mechanical pressing of organic sesame seeds, natural decantation, and gentle filtration. Rich in Omega-9. Rich in phospholipids and lecithin, which help protect the body from cardiovascular diseases and strengthen the immune system; highly resistant to oxidation as it is naturally rich in oleic acid. Maintains strong stability at high temperatures and can therefore be used for both pan-cooking and frying.
