The group, the history, the family

Organic Oils’ entry into the Pellegrini Group is part of a solid entrepreneurial journey developed in the agri-food sector, characterised by management continuity and technical expertise.

The Pellegrini Group was founded in 1980 and, within a few years, established itself as a key player in the production of fats for the baking industry. The Pellegrini family has always nurtured a deep passion for the world of oil — an almost personal bond that has guided the development of successful industrial projects.

The company’s steady growth led, in 2015, to the construction of a new state-of-the-art production facility covering 4,500 sq m. In 2020, with the acquisition of Organic Oils Italia, the Group consolidated its presence in the organic oil sector — a segment experiencing strong growth both in Italy and on international markets.

Our

Our Philosophy

Organic Oils’ production philosophy is based on a rigorous and responsible approach that guides every stage of the organic supply chain.

The principles that drive the company are continuous process control, transparency towards the consumer, documentary traceability of every batch, and compliance with European regulatory standards. Alongside these elements is an ESG approach that integrates ethical, environmental, and social considerations into the production model.

Operating in the organic sector means adopting a conscious approach to supply chain management, based on structured internal procedures and a continuous commitment to quality, safety, and responsibility.

Our

Vision

Organic Oils’ vision is to consolidate its role as a benchmark in the certified organic oil sector, progressively strengthening its technical expertise, organisational structure, and presence in both national and international markets.

The goal is to develop a sector-leading model grounded in the integration of technical rigour, sustainability, and the promotion of a healthy eating culture, with a constant focus on consumer well-being.

Our

Mission

Organic Oils’ mission translates into the development of a comprehensive and controlled range of organic oils, capable of meeting the diverse needs of the market through distinct brands and a coherent production system.

Every product originates from a structured organisational model that integrates raw material selection, processing, analytical controls, and documentary traceability.

This approach

  • On the production side: translates into rigorous internal procedures, controlled supply chain management, and the adoption of technologies that guarantee consistent quality over time.
  • On the ethical side: implies transparency towards the consumer, responsible supplier selection, and a continuous commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and regulatory compliance.
  • On the environmental side: is expressed through attention to sustainability, waste reduction, and the exclusive use of raw materials from certified organic farming.

The goal is to offer oils that combine quality, safety, and responsibility — contributing to the spread of a conscious food culture oriented towards well-being.

Our

Facilities

Organic Oils’ facilities are one of the cornerstones of the company’s production model: environments designed to ensure control, quality, and safety throughout every stage of the organic supply chain.
Their strategic location and advanced technological infrastructure allow every step to be managed in-house, from raw material selection to final packaging.

Production capacity is supported by a quality control system combining internal analysis, external certified laboratory checks, and continuous monitoring of process parameters. The internal analytical laboratory plays a central role in verifying raw materials and finished products, ensuring regulatory compliance and consistent quality over time.

Dedicated packaging areas are organised to handle different formats, for both the consumer and industrial markets, while logistics and warehousing ensure efficient flow management, preserving the integrity and freshness of the oils throughout the entire distribution chain.
