Method

The production process is structured around controlled stages of sorting, cleaning, sieving, cold pressing, and natural decanting, all designed to preserve the integrity of raw materials and ensure consistently high quality standards.

Continuous control throughout the entire supply chain translates into a concrete guarantee for the consumer: consistent quality, product safety, and full correspondence between what is declared on the label and what is contained in the final product.

Arrival at the plant

Over time, the company has developed structured internal procedures that ensure quality continuity and controlled management of every production stage. Supplier selection is carried out through dedicated audits and documentary checks; upon arrival at the facility, each batch is analysed in the internal laboratory and by certified external laboratories. Only raw materials that fully comply with technical specifications and organic requirements are admitted to processing.

The processing

In addition to the controlled stages described above, certain oil varieties intended for everyday use undergo a physical steam deodorisation step is applied, which attenuates taste and colour without compromising the product’s properties — making it more versatile and suitable for a wide range of culinary applications.

The packaging

In-house packaging and documentary traceability contribute to guaranteeing freshness, safety, and quality consistency throughout the supply chain. Compliance with European regulatory requirements enables Organic Oils to operate in international markets, where certification and transparency are essential prerequisites.
